He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. Grasinger and Elsie Harrison Grasinger; his wife Bonnie A. "Bunny" McConnell; and his sister Marie Widel. He is survived by: his sons, William J. Grasinger Jr (Bobbie) of Meadville, James W. Grasinger (Theresa) of Erie and Joseph A. Grasinger (Janice) of Greenville; his grandchildren, Robert, Gregory, Abigail, Tyler and Chris; and his great grandchildren, Mark, John, Robert and Lydia.
