It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Duffy (Erie, Pennsylvania), born in Smethport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 29, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Judith; his son Owen William Duffy; and his siblings, James Duffy of Smethport and Judy Fink of Tucson. He is survived by: his brother Jim Duffy; his children, Matthew of Girard, Daniel of Colorado Springs, Mark of Clemson, Charles of San Antonio, Kathleen Luce of Olean, N. Y., Patricia Kabir of Campobello, S. C., Nora Buterbaugh of Erie, Bridget Grohe of Milton and Frances Duffy of Syracuse, N. Y.; and his sisters, Mary Elizabeth Dibble and Patrica Rogge. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
