He was predeceased by: his stepson Douglas Merle. He is survived by: his siblings, Ivan Biletnikoff and Marion Petroff; his former wife Helen; his wife Carole; his stepson Nathaniel Wayne (Janice) of Ewa Beach; and his daughter Emily.
