He is survived by: his siblings, Betty "Opree" Jones Ellis of Erie and Christopher Howard of Chicago, IL; his close friend Pamela Wells of Erie; and his children, Bruce Asbery of Erie, Toya Wells of Erie, Durfey Wells of Erie, Eisha Wells of Erie, Kitta Wells of Erie, Creyon Wells of Erie and Emmanuel Wells of Erie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
