She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond S. Moore and Ethlyn Krantz Moore; her husband William B. Smith; her daughter Deborah Will; her sisters, Deanna Merriman and Audrey Beightol; and her daughter-in-law Marilyn Smith.
She is survived by: her pet Daisy; her sons, Thomas A. Smith of Greene Township and Michael Smith (Pamela) of North East; and her grandchildren, Lyda Hoover, Melissa McQueeney, Sara Kennedy, Lynsi Smith, Ashley Smith and Nicholas Smith. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
