Valrie Murphy Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 17, 2019, at the age of 87, Valrie Murphy (Erie, Pennsylvania), born in Sheffield, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Knapp and Bessie Knapp (Slocum); and her husband Frederick J. "Murph" Murphy. She is survived by: her children, Lynn Wycoff of Weekie Watchie, FL, Molly Barbour of Ruther Glen, VA, Patti Murphy of Bradford and Michael Murphy (Linda) of Conneaut, OH; and her sister Marie Perry of Warren. She is also survived by three grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and one niece.

Memorials, if desired, may be made to the McKean County SPCA, Shrine Hospital in Erie, or charity of the donor's choice.
