She was predeceased by: her parents, Winfield L. Peters and Debra A. Peters (Watson); and her pet Zeus. She is survived by: her husband Daniel J. Higdon; her children, Alyssa Higdon, Lindsey Higdon and Daniel J. Higdon, Jr.; her siblings, Theresa Peters (Donald), Roger Peters, Angela Austin (Bert) and Laveda Kestel (Greg); her in-laws, Rick and Patricia Higdon; her sister-in-law Stephanie Davis (Michael); and her pets, Atlas and Wishbone.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Kloecker Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (2502 Sassafras St, Erie, PA 16502). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Tracy's family through the funeral home.
