He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas G. Wells, Sr. and Eleanor Albertson Wells; his wife Nancy Anne Martin Wells; and his brothers, James and Joseph Wells.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Colleen Morris (Gregory) of Mentor, OH and Molly Amann (Joseph) of Erie; his grandchildren, Gregory, Garrett, Sarah Morris, Joseph and Michael Amann; and his siblings, John Casey Wells (Jill) of Erie, Mary Eleanor Gloystein of Erie and Georgeanne Holmwood (Joseph) of Mesa, AZ. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
