He is survived by: his wife Kimberly; his granddaughter Danielle Shoffner of Erie; his great grandchildren, Hailey, Ellie and Samuel; his grandchild Brooke Ricci (Anthony) of Cleveland, OH; his great grandchild Aria; his grandchild Autmn Dye of Barnesville, OH; his great grandchildren, Marley, Macey and Oakley; and his siblings, Dave (Luanne), Dale (Wendy), Mike (Jen), Donna (Alan) and Cindy (Tom). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
