He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Dolak II and Sophie Bolla (Markiewicz); and his siblings, Andrew Dolak III and Mary Ann Dolak. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Dolak (Klakamp); his children, Thomas Jr. (Nora) of Erie, Gregory (Katrina) of Williamsburg, VA and Heidi Fitzsimmons (Art) of Erie; his grandchildren, Rose, Patrick, Maggie, Cameron (Jennifer), Taylor (Reina), Parker, Audrey and Alexis; his great grandchild Samson Dolak; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Zimmer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church (2401 W 38th St, Erie, PA 16506).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
