With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Theodore S. Urban Jr. (Erie, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 19, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore S. Urban, Sr. and Eleanor Urban (Mozdy); and his sister Dolly Amann. He is survived by: his wife Bernadine Urban (Bolla); his children, Ted Urban (Sandy) of Harborcreek and Cherie Urban of Fuquay-Varina, NC; his grandchildren, Sarah Gibson of Fuquay-Varina, NC, Matthew, Shawn Urban of Raleigh, NC and Emily King (Andrew) of Fort Huachucz, AZ; his great grandchildren, Ollie and Arlo King of Fort Huachucz, AZ; his brother David Urban (McKean); his sister-in-law Patricia Kaczmarek; and his friends, Tim and Laurie Mahoney.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Ted's name to Multiple Myeloma Research in care of the American Cancer Society.
