She is survived by: her children, Caryn Hulihan and Nicholas Polchlopek of Erie; and her siblings, Richard Schultz (Gail) of Erie and Constance Haefner (John) of Erie. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
