He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Q. Rapp and F. Mae Rapp; his brother Robert V. Rapp; and his nephew Alex. He is survived by: his sister Cathy L. Rightnour; his sister-in-law Carolyn Rapp; and his significant other Weimaraner.
