She is survived by: her parents, Raymond Konieczki and Nancy Jolly Konieczki; her children, Xavier Konieczki and Payton Konieczki; her siblings, Andrea Konieczki Smego (Christopher) and Justin Konieczki (Alyssa); and her grandmothers, Alice Jolly and Betty Jolly. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
