Stanley Niemic Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stanley Niemic (Erie, Pennsylvania), who passed away on July 15, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley "Pete" Niemic and Joan Skowronski Niemic Sr.; his son Roger Niemic; his grandson Timothy Niemic Jr.; his son-in-law Pete Buchheit; and his siblings, Marie Gardner, Elaine Niemic, Ronald Niemic and Tommy Niemic.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Buchheit of Bradford, Timothy Niemic (Joanne) of Turnersville, N. J., Terri Warras (Kevin) of Waukesha, Wis. and Douglas Niemic of Raleigh, N. C.; his grandchildren, Jennifer Park, Ryan Niemic, Sean Niemic, Marissa Negle, Jessica Buchheit Gumbita, Kyle Warras, Brian Warras, Emily Wall, Amanda Niemic, Brianna Niemic and Parker Niemic; his sister Irene DiRienzo of Erie; and his former wife Pat Niemic of Pittsburgh. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Bradford Ecumenical Home Inc. Endowment Fund, 100 St. Francis Drive, Bradford, PA 16701, in appreciation for the compassionate care Stan received or to the Roger S. Niemic Memorial Fund at the Cattaraugus Region Community Foundation, 301 North Union St., Suite 203, Olean, NY 14760.
