She was predeceased by: her parents, John Majczyk and Marcella DeLuga Majczyk; her husband Adam Zawadzki; and her siblings, Ciestawa "Tessie" Kolodziejczak, Jane Rizzo, Anna Ratkowski, Harry, Stanley, John and Joseph Majczyk.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Zawadzki (Janice) of Westfield, IN, David Zawadzki (Nancy) of Erie, Marcia Williams (Gary) of Albion and Jane Erstfeld (William) of Canonsburg, PA; her grandchildren, Eric Zawadzki (Beth), Brian Zawadzki (Autumn), Heidi Thedwall (Craig), Adam Zawadzki, Julie Williams, Joseph Williams, Jessica Landis (Zach), Andrew Williams (Zoe), Benjamin Williams, Michael Erstfeld (Amanda), Sarah Erstfeld, Kate Wexler (Fernando), Daniel Erstfeld and Stephen Erstfeld; and her brother Anthony Majczyk. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
