He was predeceased by: his sister Tracy L. Graziano. He is survived by: his wife Roxann H. Hannah Graziano; his children, Thomas Hannah, Scott Graziano, Daniel Graziano and Mercedes Graziano; his grandson Thomas Jack Hannah; his siblings, Christian, Carly Graziano, Vincent Higgins (Nichole) and Michael Przybylski (Angela); and his pet El Chapo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
