He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Kenneth Turk; and his grandparents, Richard Brown, Andrew Pitonyak, Maxine Pitonyak, Kenneth Turk and Jacqueline Turk.

He is survived by: his mother Doreen Pitonyak Bolen; his stepfather James E. Bolen, Jr.; his grandmother Dorothy Brown of Erie; his brother Brian Kenneth Turk (Mary Beth); and his nephews, Logan Turk and Noah Turk. He is also survived by 5 Aunts, 5 uncles and many cousins.
