He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Wells and Virginia Woods; his stepfather Russell Walters; his grandson Ryan Wells; his brother Eddie Wells; and his brother-in-law Tom Trexler.
He is survived by: his daughters, Veronica Wells (Chuck) and Jessica Fehl (Rob); his grandchildren, Hunter Fehl (Mollee), Ella Fehl, Austin Zimmer and Zackary Wells (Damenica); his great grandchildren, Brenton, Bryton, Bearon and Joyann Wells; his sisters, Verna Trexler and Bonnie Johnson (Doug); and his stepsisters, Alice Babe and Tomijean Wuerstle (Tom). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
