Phillis of Erie, Pennsylvania, born in Union City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 26, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant Phillis and Winifred Phillis (Laughery). He is survived by: his wife Heidi Phillis (Miller); his children, Matthew Phillis (Stefanie) of Erie, Michael Metz of Erie, Michele Serafine of Erie, Paul Miller (Christina) of Erie and Christopher Miller (Brittney) of Erie; and his siblings, Terry Phillis of Pensacola, FL and Jackie Bowers of Texas. He is also survived by several grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
