He was predeceased by: his parent Fred A. Kolb. He is survived by: his parent Evelyn Heckler Kolb; his wife Mary A. Pearson Kolb; his children, Laura K. Kolb of Philadelphia, PA and Tom F. Kolb (Jeannie) of Millcreek Twp; his granddaughters, Courtney Schmidt (Steve) of Drums, PA and Caitlin Kolb of Buffalo, NY; and his brother Allen Kolb (Joanne) of Atlanta, GA.
