He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jonathan Cook and Mildred Cook (Roehm); his wife Janet E. Woeckener; his sons, David J. Cook and Patrick J. Cook (Beth) of Cambridge Springs; his granddaughters, Cynthia and Kimberly; his son Timothy A. Cook (Tina) of North Carolina; and his grandchildren, Taylor and Lauren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. (4216 Sterrettania Rd, Erie, PA 16506). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
