Laird of Erie, Pennsylvania, born in Union City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 25, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Laird and Maude Harmon Laird; his wife Mildred "Millie" V. Hinspeter Laird; his daughter Brenda S. Laird; and his siblings, Ronald, Gerald Laird, Florence Laird and Lola Lovejoy.
He is survived by: his children, James R. Laird (Margaret), Dan Laird (Tim Truelove) of Albuquerque, NM, Kathleen Hoffman (Robert) of Erie and Linda Zboyovski (Jay) of Erie; and his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Joe Laird (Julie), Brian (Brenda), Eric Newlin (Ellie), Greg (Lauren), Sean Hoffman (Bonny) and Megan Hoffman Kleck (Matt). He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, 3 great- great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Shriner's Children's Hospital, 1645 W. 8th St., Erie, PA 16505.
