He was predeceased by: his parents, Thaddeus Kierzek and Anna Doleski Kierzek; and his siblings, Mary Ann Zamieroski and Ted Kierzek. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Willett Kierzek; his children, Robert M. Kierzek of Florida, Kim Kierzek (Robert Nulph) of Erie and Scott M. Kierzek (Amanda) of Erie; and his grandchildren, Staci Hawkins, Gary Roth, Julia Roth, Josh Kierzek (Jamie) and Karlie Kierzek. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and two nieces and a nephew.

Memorial contributions can be made to Interim Healthcare Hospice or Shriners Hospital of Erie in memory of Robert.
