He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph H. Jenkins and Margaret M. Jenkins (Greiner); his son Richard C. Jenkins; and his siblings, Ralph Jenkins and Marion Sanner.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred M. "Sis" Jenkins (Schaaf); his children, Mary Margaret Edmiston (Dennis), Beverly Parks and Charles "Chuck" Jenkins (Lisa); his grandchildren, Kimberly, Keith, Kevin, Richard "Bud", Madeline, Nicholas, Angela and Erin; and his great grandchildren, Harper, Nate and Betty.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Luke Church, 421 East 38th St., Erie, PA 16504.
