We are sad to announce that on May 5, 2024, at the age of 94, Robert J. Southard of Erie, Pennsylvania, born in Lackawanna, New York passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert J. Southard to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his adoptive parents, Harold Southard and Gladys Whitford Southard; his wife Rosemary Southard (Rastatter); and his siblings-in-law, Joseph Rastatter (Mae) and Madeline Pesta.

He is survived by: his sons, Russell Southard (Lori) of Erie, PA and Randy Southard (Elizabeth) of Fort Benton, MT; his grandchildren, Emily, Isabelle of Erie, Wyatt of Eau Claire, WI and Ben of Fort Benton, MT; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Dahlkemper (Jerry) and David Rastatter (Carol). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Korean War Memorial, 406 Hess Ave., Erie, PA 16507.
