He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Amendola and Julia Amendola (Parris); his wife Mary Amendola (Mollberg); and his brothers, Paul (Patricia) and Richard Amendola.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Amendola (Jennifer), Deborah Amendola (Dave) and Lisa M. Gingenbach (Frederick); his sister Betty Ventrello (Chuck); his grandchildren, Leah Cook (Tory), Derek Amendola (Jordan), Garrett Gingenbach (Alexandra), Tyler Gingenbach and Brianna Amendola; his great grandchild Ainsley; and his close friend Mary Riepe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Calendar Burton Quinn Scott Cremation and Funeral Services West Ridge (3801 W 26th St, Erie, PA 16506). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Great Lakes Hospice, 244 Erie Central Mall, Erie, PA 16501.
