With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert A. Shakespeare (Erie, Pennsylvania), who passed away on May 29, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Claire Shakespeare and Jane Kingen Shakespeare; his stepfather Robert Brockway; and his son William John Shakespeare (Bill). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis J. Shakespeare (Hill); his grandchildren, Robert Shakespeare, Donald Shakespeare (Deanna), Daniel Shakespeare (Hannah) and Gretchen Shakespeare; his great grandchildren, Tyler, Linley, Dominick, Connor and Audrina Shakespeare; and his siblings, Betty Hiles (Bob), Mary Lou Brenneman (Arlo) and Jack Shakespeare (Nancy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
