It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita M. Chizmadia of Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 19, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oreste Bagnoni and Doris Bagnoni (Micheli); her husband James R. Chizmadia; and her brothers, Mario and Walter Bagnoni.
She is survived by: her daughters, Elisa Burkhart (Matt) and Carla DiCarlo; her grandchildren, Maria DiCarlo, Preston DiCarlo, Brittany Murphy (Dan), Lauren Welti (Carl) and Connor Burkhart; and her great grandchild Bridget Murphy.
