He is survived by: his wife Joan Page Moore; his child Steve Moore (Becky) of Dallas; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Moore of Bellingham, Amy Moore of Seattle, Mary Lasher of Erie and Tim Lasher of San Ramon; and his sister Margaret Nelson of St. Petersburg.
