He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Richard and Carol Ann Slowinski Lombardo; and his siblings, Anthony, Johnny, Eddie Lombardo and Fran Lombardo.
He is survived by: his wife Melissa Corey; his sons, Ernie Mund (Kelly) and Todd Lombardo; his stepchildren, Joey Corey, Sylvia Corey and DeSean Bish; his grandchildren, Kionte, Anthony and Colton; and his siblings, Mark Lombardo (Samantha), Mike Lombardo (Crissy), Theodore Lombardo (Linda) and Cathy Skrumbellos (Sherman). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
