He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Page and Alice Maude Arsenault Page; his siblings, Priscilla, Louise, Judy, Ruth, William and David; and his daughter Mary Elizabeth.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki Ann Mushrush Page; and his daughters, Deborah Elaine, Jennifer Lorraine, Suzanne Marie, Kathrine Ann, JoAnne Carol, Ruth Ellen and Judith Grace. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 49 great-grandchildren, 3 great -great-grandchildren.
