He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Sr. Feltenberger and Wilda "Billie" Shreffler Feltenberger; and his brother Jack L. Feltenberger. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Werts Feltenberger; and his children, Edd Feltenberger (Kerry) of Mesa, AZ, Don Feltenberger of Erie and Sue McNally (John) of Erie. He is also survived by five granddaughters.
