She was predeceased by: her mother Myrtle Bivens; and her sister Lolita Flemings. She is survived by: her children, Sierra Woodard of Pittsburgh, Zachary Phillips of Erie, Juliann Phillips of Erie and Jermaine Barnes of Erie; her sisters, Rae Ann Jaycox and Dana Woodson; and her grandchildren, Kennedy, Zaevion, Zahava and Bobby Jeeter. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces and nephews.
