He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Miller and Olive Evans Miller; his siblings, Leo Miller, Jr. and Kathy Stadler; and his brother-in-law Fred Stadler.
He is survived by: his wife Karen; his sons, Phillip Miller, Jr. (Kerge) and Jeffrey Miller (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Heather Miller-Becker (Neil), Kristy Miller-Keith (Erik), Roy Laughery (Brittany), Preston Becker, Seth Miller, Adryanna Miller, Braylon Miller, Hunter Keith and Oliver Keith. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
