He is survived by: his wife Lori Dean (Johnston); his son Branden Dean; his brother Tim Dean; his nieces, Mary and Bethany Johnston; his mother-in-law Carolyn Johnston; and his brothers-in-law, Steve Hess and Gary Johnston.
