He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Paul and Verna Haibach (Cramer). He is survived by: his children, Jeff and Nicole Salkeld (Steve); his grandchildren, Tristan Haibach, Makayla Haibach, Alexandria Bula and Collin Bula; his siblings, Nancy Giambra (Doug) and Ken Haibach (Sally); his aunt Betty (Cramer-Korell); his uncle Richard Cramer; his friend Kathy; his daughter Heather Collaizzi (Jesse); and also, Dan Confer (Alicia) and David Confer (Shellie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
