He is survived by: his wife Judy Mihalak (Weber); his children, Pamela Butz (Brian), Douglas Paul Mihalak, Christine Spooner (Bill), Debra Mihalak-Hensler and Terra Wible (Kevin); his grandchildren, Brad Butz, Megan Allen (Butz), Lauren Mihalak, Jordynn Mihalak, Logan Seigworth (Mihalak), Jenny Watson (Spooner), Ally Spooner, Drew Spooner, Ava Hensler and Jake Hensler; his great grandchildren, Brody, Henley, Cayden Butz, Madison Brent, Maisie Albert and Jaxon Walter; his sister Sue Ortallono; and his sister-in-law Patsy Mihalak. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
