He is survived by: his wife Lynnette S. Collier Gustafson; his children, Jennifer Szewczykowski (Brian) and Jason Gustafson; his brothers, Rev. Philip N. Gustafson and Tracy L. Gustafson (Aimee); his stepchildren, Jacob Byers, Zachary Byers and Lena Donnelly; and his grandchildren, Anna, Leah Szewczykowski and Logan Gustafson. He is also survived by several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins.
