He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie J. Jacox (Creighton) and Gene Jacox; and his son Brian. He is survived by: his wife Kathy L. Jacox (Betti); his son Kevin Jacox (Deborah Tederous) of Woodstock, GA; his granddaughter Phoenix Jacox; his stepgranddaughters, Lauren and Rebecca Skrypzak; and his stepchildren, Jay Skrypzak (Julie), Steven Skrypzak and Linda.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to St. Patrick's Haven, Tunnel to Towers, St. Jude's Research Hospital for Children and St. Patrick's Food Pantry.
