He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Sweeney and Amanda Mitchell Sweeney of Millcreek; his siblings, Genevieve and Benjamin Sweeney; his grandparents, Kevin, Elizabeth Sweeney, Mark and Marion Mitchell; his aunts and uncles, Erin (David Poulliott), Carrie (Chris Sutton), Sarah Mitchell and Liz (Christian Walker); his cousins, Jocelyn, Henry, Matthew, Charlie, Oliver and Callum; and his great-grandparents, Bernard and Margaret Kowalski.
