She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Renick and Amelia Renick (Havlas); her husband Eugene Kurt (Gene); her son Gene Kurt; her son-in-law William Bretz; and her siblings, Francis, Louise, Irene, Steve, Sally, George, Janet and Johnny.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Judy; her children, Linda Bretz of Raleigh, NC, Bob Kurt (Linda) of Erie, Rick Kurt (Debra) of St Louis, MO and Greg Kurt (Remona) of Forney, TX.; her grandchildren, Cindy, Cathy (Bob), Christy, Deana (Scott), Lauren (Matt), Bryan (Tracy), Jennifer (Reem), Joe, Dawn (John), Erin, Ashleigh (Phillip) and Nicole (Daniel); her great grandchildren, Cassie, Richie (Ariel), Eric, Carman, Jacob, Kayla, Lexie, Abigail, Madelyn, Jack, Nathan, Addyson, Joe, Greyson, Jonathan, Sydney, Ayla, Haylee, Kadence and Tyra; and her caregivers, Debbie, Diane and Millie.
