He is survived by: his daughter Shelby; his grandson Wyatt of Waterford; his sisters, Colleen M O'Hara of Cranberry Township, PA and Brigid O'Hara Koshko of Marietta, GA; his nieces and nephews, Morgan and Bryce Koshko; his friend Susan Groover; and also, Lilly and Judy.
