He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Young and Faye Young (Sanford); and his brother Keith Young. He is survived by: his wife Sherine Young (Shaffer); his daughters, Julia Merry (Read) and Landry Young; his siblings, Sandy Meeley (Doug) of Ashtabula, OH, Charles Young (Susan) of Erie, PA, Melvin Young (Belinda) of Bossier City, LA, Julie Shaffer of Erie, PA and Jeffrey Shaffer (Deborah) of Media, PA; and his grandchildren, Raiden and Jaida Merry.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Brugger Funeral Homes & Crematory (1595 W 38th St, Erie, PA 16508). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
