He was predeceased by: his father Anthony J. Lackovic. He is survived by: his mother Theresa Lackovic (Malinowski); his significant other Charlotte Grise; his sons, Michael Hunter Lackovic (Amanda) and Forrest Lackovic (Kendall); his brother Mark Lackovic (Cheryl); his sister-in-law Kathleen Palkovic; and his niece Danielle Lackovic.
