He was predeceased by: his parents, James Minnaugh and Adelaide Minnaugh (O'Brien); his former wife Marlene Minnaugh (Rieger); his son Michael J. Minnaugh; his sister Mary Hanlin; and his brothers-in-law, Carl Sperduto, Charles Bird, Gene Natale and Patrick Hanlin.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Malpass Minnaugh (Gates); his sons, Mark Minnaugh (Diane) of Allison Park, PA, Matthew Minnaugh of Erie and Martin Minnaugh (Michelle) of Midlothian, VA; his daughter-in-law Kimberly Minnaugh of Chicago, IL; his grandchildren, Anthony Minnaugh, Meagan Brooks (Kelly), Michael Minnaugh (Julie), Adam Minnaugh (Amber), Erin Minnaugh, Jacob Minnaugh, Conor Minnaugh, Molly Blunier (Jacob), Lily and Stanley Minnaugh; his sisters, Adelaide "Wee" Sperduto of Erie, Beatrice Natale of Erie and Judith Bird of Erie; his stepchildren, Julie C. Gray (Matthew) of Holt, MI, Scott Malpass of Granger, IN, Todd G. Malpass of Boston, MA, Michael Malpass (Aqila) of Hoover, AL and Kevin Malpass (Laura) of Pickerington, OH; and his grandchildren, Molly Brown (Jacob), Sarah, Ryan Gray, Adia Garner (Brett), Aaron, Aden, Eva, Elizabeth, Sylvia, Magdelina, William Malpass and Lincoln Harden-Finks. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Gannon University.
