She was predeceased by: her mother Carol Mecklen Moorhead; her sister Bonni Burke; her husband Jimmy Evans; her nephew TJ Williamson; and her pet Callie.
She is survived by: her children, Kerri Evans and Shawn Evans (Alicia); her granddaughter Paityn Evans; her cousin Katherine Moorhead; and her pet Chloe. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and beloved friends.
