He was predeceased by: his brothers, Steven, Patrick and Michael Novakowski; and his grandparents, Perry, Bulah Burnett, Pete and Kathryn Kruchen.
He is survived by: his parents, Edward C. Burnett (Sharon Lawrence) and Linda Novakowski; his siblings, Edward Novakowski and Lynn Gates (Derek); his daughter Kaylin Novakowski; and his nephew Johnny Muroff. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
