He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Jr. Lazenby and Marilyn Lazenby (Meyers); and his brother Patrick Lazenby. He is survived by: his wife Tracie Lazenby (Valasek); his children, Matthew P. Lazenby (Theresa), Kyle T. Lazenby (Kaitlyn) and Shanen K. Lazenby (Garrett Keenan); and his siblings, Gregory Lazenby and Lynn Douds (Mike). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
