She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Benek, and Catherine Benek, Sr. (Zasadzki); her husband Raymond Golembeski; her daughter Catherine Ann Golembeski; and her siblings, Johnny, Frank, Edward, Joseph, Virginia, Dorothy, Gladys and Josephine.
She is survived by: her sons, Raymond Dennis Golembeski of Erie and Thomas Alan Golembeski (Ann) of Erie; her grandchildren, Carrie Ann, Thomas John (Katie) and Derek Alan (Sara); her great grandchildren, Nico Allan, Charlotte Ann, Derek Alan II, Guiliana, Lena and Adalia; and her brother William Banak (Rosalie) of Erie.
